Greeted by a friendly front desk and the concierge who made sure all our needs were met. The pool on the roof had fine views, iced water, and fresh towels which made our time there feel exclusive and relaxing.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

We had an amazing stay. the pool was perfect for relaxing, the spacious two-bedroom suite made it feel like home, and the serene atmosphere was a fantastic escape. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The rooftop pool was a refreshing spot, though a heated option would have been preferable. Check-in lacked a clear explanation of nearby Riverwalk access, which became apparent only the next day. The condo-style suite offered modern conveniences, but be aware that valet parking incurs extra charges, and the distance to the main attractions is longer than expected.

There were plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and a great atmosphere all around. The only downside was the outdated cabinets in the room, but honestly, I won’t let that take away from the fun I had! 😊

We enjoyed our two-night getaway in a spacious one-bedroom suite with a lovely balcony view. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. A highlight was the rooftop pool with breathtaking views. Just be prepared for the timeshare pitches!

Upon arrival, a last-minute room cancellation led to unnecessary stress and a scramble to secure accommodations. The pervasive sales pitch at check-in felt more like a mandatory seminar rather than a welcome greeting, overshadowing the initial excitement of our vacation. Additionally, the lack of daily housekeeping or nearby dining options left us feeling somewhat isolated, which could significantly impact longer stays.

The location was perfect for our family getaway, just minutes from the River Walk, which was great for exploring. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and allowed us to enjoy family time with our two dogs without feeling cramped.

My kids wished for a better setup for families. More activities or services for kids would have improved our overall experience.
